DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
* Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic, mechanical and industry PE or relative fields;
* 8+ years experience in similar industries, Experienced in new product introduction; At least 5 years management experience;
* Solid experience in project transfer and exposure to automotive electronics product are preferred;
* Have a strong technical background, in-depth knowledge of electronic manufacturing process;
* Knowledge in lean manufacturing;
* Good command of English. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* DFx (Design for Excellent) is the key capability of engineering to support production and flex design house (Sketch to Skill);
* Will keep high level of quality and productivity in Suhong. need to pick up and lead the DFM cases for BUs and " Sketch to Skill" from BD/design house;
* Evaluate technology capability and capacity for new product with relevant engineering functions;
* Help customer to understand DFx report and support customer to optimize the design.
