职位描述：
职位目的：该职位将负责美国总部和中国工厂的供应商开发和质量管理，同时汇报给总部和中国

Duty：

1. Support our Global Sourcing Strategy and Suzhou Plant Growth for Raw Materials
A. Assist in selecting in-region sources for new products
B. Assist in bringing in all plastic/chemical and non-rubber raw materials direct to MPP (no pass through MRP)
C. Lead SQE for all suppliers in Asia Pacific
2. Support for Global Sourcing Strategy and Suzhou Plant Growth for Purchased Components (previously Inserts)
A. Assist in selecting in-region sources for all new products
B. Assist in decision for best cost country for MPP purchased components
C. Assist in global strategy to support all MRP facilities and best cost country selection
D. Lead SQE for all suppliers in Asia Pacific

Requirement:
1. More than 5 years working experiences in supplier sourcing and management in field of Rubber or Plastics or Combined Components
2. Be familiar with rubber/plastics/combined components supplier in China
3. Systematical supplier introduction and management skill
4. Strong engineering and technical knowledge
5. Good coordination/communication/teamwork skills
6. Excellent English in both oral and written
7. Bachelor degree or above majored in Engineering related major 举报 分享
