职位描述：
废水处理工程师的主要职责是密切监测废水处理指标，协助研发设计新产品的废水处理工艺，针对技术工艺与相关部门进行协调配合。

主要工作职责包括但不仅限于：
? 了解化工厂污水处理的流程，主导废水处理流程的设计，优化，实施，监控及管理。
? 配合EHS提交政府部门必须的数据和报告，并且和设备部门以及相关供应商协助进行必要设备的安装和改进，确保达标排放。
? 监控废水处理操作并培训员工。
? 协助制定研发方案和计划，跟进、总结和汇报研发进度，完成公司新工艺的开发计划
? 编制相关的技术、工艺文件等；以及负责技术工艺培训，对相关人员进行技术指导
? 协助部门完成产品制程能力的提升，品质改善，成本控制。

资历要求：
大学本科学历化工专业，2年以上化工企业相关工作经验
英语读写流利，英语口语可以直接与外方人员沟通
熟悉计算机文字处理及制作报表，熟练使用PPT演示
独立工作能力强，和谐人际能力具有团队合作精神

SUMMARY: This position reports to production manager. The main responsibilities is to monitor the plant’s waste water treatment closely, work with R&D for new products’ process and design the process of waste water treatment. He or she interfaces with EHS, R&D, QA, Equipment department on technical issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The following list of responsibilities highlight the positions however, the list is not all-inclusive.

- Good understanding about wastewater treatment process in chemical industry. Leading the designing of the wastewater treatment process, optimize & implement, monitor and manage the processes.
- Work with EHS for necessary environmental data submission, work with Facility, QA and related suppliers to assist in equipment installation and continuous improvement, make sure all waste water release meet the National Standard requirement.
- Monitor waste water treatment operations & train the operators.
- Assist in schemes and plans formulation, follow up, summarize and report the progress.
- Assist in production processes capability and quality improvement. Contribute to department cost control.
- Formulate process documents and responsible for related technical training. Provide necessary technical guidance to relevant operator.

Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical
- Minimum 2years experience in chemical operations in a foreign company
- Must be able to communicate in English ( read, write, speak )
- Excellent presentations skills
- Effective problem solving skills
- Able to work with those of all levels
- Self-starter with strong motivation and ambition
- Team player dedicated to overall Company goals
- Ability to accomplish goals without close supervision
- Computer literate; word processing, Excel spread sheet; PowerPoint
