职位描述：
- 对应生产计划，合理安排生产人员和设备设施等相关生产所需资源，积极对应生产计划调整和现场异常情况的处理；
According to the production plan, organize the resources of related production for reasonable arrangement of production personnel and production equipment and facilities; actively handle the production plan adjustment and the abnormal situation in the workshop.
- 车间现场监督、检查、执行公司级和生产部级各项管理制度和要求（APS, 5S, EHS, Kaizen, 劳动纪律等），对车间现场使用的相关记录、作业指导书等文件进行定期审查，确保安全生产，确保生产线按照标准执行生产并高效完成生产任务；
Workshop supervision, examination, implement various regulation and requirement of company level and department level (APS, 5 s, EHS, Kaizen, labor discipline, etc.), regularly auditing the workshop related records, work instructions and other documents, ensure production safety, ensure the production line follows the standards and efficient to complete production tasks
- 根据生产报告和生产数据统计结果，组织分析未达标原因并采取改善措施；
According to the results of the production report and data statistics, organize and analyze the root cause and take action for improvement;
- 定期组织现场生产人员开会，给予相关技能培训和管理培训，并分享公司的相关更新的新闻和信息给员工让其知道公司新的发展趋势；
Organize regular staff meetings, give related skill training and management training, and share the updated news and information to staff for better understanding the new development tendency.
- 积极开展部门内和部门间的联系和沟通；
Actively develop and contact with other departments for better communication;
- 执行对车间人员的招聘、筛选、任用、安排、奖惩、培训和绩效考核等工作；
Execution of workshop personnel recruitment, selection, appointment, arrangement, rewards and punishment, training, and performance assessment, etc
- 主管间执行白晚班轮班制度，作为公司晚班的值守责任人，按照《晚班值守管理制度》的要求开展工作；
Implement night shift rotation, to be the main duty of night shift leader, in accordance with the night shift duty requirement and regulation;
- 统筹管理日常生产过程中使用的各类原材料和辅料的使用，反馈相关异常情况；
Manage the daily raw materials and sub-material consumption and usage, report the exceptional situation;
- 协助安排资源对应新产品和新项目的试作和验证的需求；
Assist to arrange resources for new products trial and new projects validation;
- 新员工面试；
New direct labor recruitment interview;
- 服从上级安排的其他工作；
Obey the other tasks assigned by superiors


- 大学学历或以上，主修工程制造相关专业；
College degree or above, major in engineering related field;
- 2年以上的生产管理工作经验，汽车行业相关的优先考虑；
Above 5 years production management experience, automobile industry related is preferred;
- 较好的领导力和善于组建高效团队；
Good leadership and good at constructing efficient team;
- 熟悉基层员工管理经验；
Familiar with the basic experience in staff management;
- 熟悉工厂管理和精益生产管理；
Familiar with plant management and lean production management;
- 有夜班管理经验的优先考虑；
Have a night shift management experience is preferred;
- 熟悉ISO 14000、OHSAS 18000和TS 16949 系统化的管理要求；
Familiar with ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000 and TS 16949 system requirement;
