职位描述：
Job summary and key objectives
Responsible for prioritizing and scheduling work in the Manufacturing Engineering Department as assigned including providing manufacturing drawing package, planning manufacturing processes, cost estimating, and configuration control.

Role priorities
? Provide the accurate and timely completion of a complete and detailed drawing package required by the manufacturing processes.
? Final check and approve all functional and detailed drawings for company product required in the manufacturing process.
? Machining time improvement via machine load balancing, tooling improvements, equipment upgrades, etc.
? Review of historic in-sourcing/out-source decision for optimized cost position.
? Evaluate products made on the outside and determine if they should be made in-house
? Oversee and develop manufacturing engineering talent and contribution to the organization and business objectives.
? Support cross-functional goals and objectives such as new products, lead time reduction, etc. as necessary.

Authority and control
? Decide and change processes, procedures, policies or schedules
? Advise on hiring, promoting, terminating, and compensating employees

Education & Work experience
? Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or similar
? Min 5 years of experience mechanical designation experience
? Min 3 years of experience as a manager/lead/supervisor in engineering department

Skills
? Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
? Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
? Define manufacturing problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
