职位描述：
Sales Director, Elmo China is Accountable for:
Driving Elmo Sales and Sales Growth in East China with successful consistent results set forth annually by a sales forecast and aggressive goals.
Establishing a sales and marketing strategy and sales plan for East China and executing the plan.
Producing and Manage an Annual Sales Forecast Plan with Goals and Tasks for the entire Sales Team in China
Drive the CRM Way of Life – See that all activity is documented in Sales Force.
Keeps open and adequate communication with customers and Sales Staff by making joint visits.
Responsible for each Sales Engineering and Regional Sales Manager achieving annual sales of $ 2.5M-3M annually.
Maximize all sales activity for efficiency and profitability
Drive the sales team to "I" and "T" type accounts.
Focus and streamline the sales process
Manage the team and verify proper handling of the “CRM Chain”: Leads- Opportunities- “Winning a customer”- “Preserving the customer.
Do all the required activities to insure that Elmo and its staff are managed according to the relevant safety regulations.
Insure personally that the HIP process is properly implemented and performs as a real “real time” incentive.
Managing and monitoring the Sales performance of each Sales Staff Member personnel that the personal and Elmo China's goals are achieved.
Work with Marketing HQ and local Marketing Communication to manage a territorial marketing plan and activities including attending Territorial Exhibitions.
Create a reliable “on going” updated forecast in the CRM
Provide a Weekly Sales Summary of noteworthy activity.
Conduct monthly and quarterly Sales meetings with the Sales Staff to discuss “our situation”, “What’s new”, progress, “what was good?”’ “What has to be improved?”, “How we are meeting the annual goal? Plans?”, etc….
Conduct at least a weekly Sales Conference Call – to discuss any and all sales related topics
HR Managing, evaluate and get feedback from the sales team for all related issues.

Position Requirements
5 years of experience in actual management
10 years of experience in Sales and managing accounts in B2B
At least 5 years' experience in managing a large group off sales engineers.
Preference - 5 years of experience in selling Motion control products
Relevant knowledge in Mechatronics / Electricity / Software / Quality / environmental condition disciplines
Excellent communication, Negotiation skills
B.sc degree
