职位描述：
Job Requirements 任职要求：
1. Assotiate college or above education background, major in Mechatronics or Electronics.
机电或电子类相关专业大专及以上学历。
2. Over 3 years of working experience in quality inspector position in manufacturing companies, 1 year of work experience in electronic company. Skill in inspection tools such as callipers, micrometer, familiar with projector is preferred.
至少3年生产类企业品质检验的工作经验，1年电子厂工作经验，能正确熟练使用卡尺、千分尺等检具（会使用投影仪者优先）。
3. Obtained ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate with Knowledge and Awareness of quality management system.
拥有ISO9001 内审员证书，具有质量管理知识和意识。
4. Familiar with machining, die casting, surface treatment, plastic, at least two kinds of these process.
熟悉机加工，压铸件，表面处理，注塑件；至少熟悉其中之二。
5. Understand 2D English version drawings, familiar with office softwares such as excel, word, outlook.
能理解并使用2D英文图纸，会使用excel, word, outlook 等办公软件。
6. Can make inspection report with English and oral English is preferred.
能使用英语格式制作检验报告，有英语口语和书面表达能力者优先。
7. Good communication skill, good quality awareness, be good at discovering and solving problems.
较强的沟通能力，较强的品质意识，善于发现问题和解决问题。
8. Adapt to overtime working and business trip (mainly Jiangsu, zhejiang, Shanhai).
能够加班及出差（主要在江浙沪地区）。

Job Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Do sample inspection and mass production quality inspection inside.
在公司内进行样品检验以及批量生产的产品品质检验。
2. Do sample inspection and mass production quality inspection on site.
进行供应商现场样品检验以及批量生产的产品品质检验。
3. Collect and analyze the inspection data and make quality documents and reports for QC Supervisor.
收集并分析检验数据，据此制作质量文件和报告给QC主管。
4. Work together with QE to solve quality problem for nonconformity from IQC, IPQC and customer compliant.
协助质量工程师解决来自供应商及客户投诉的质量问题。
5. Take care about daily office work, drawing maintenance, and inspection tools maintenance and follow quality system and procedure.
处理好日常办公室工作，图纸维护，检验工具的维护保养以及遵守品质部门各项体系和流程。
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
