Responsibilities
This Recruitment Consultant position holds full responsibility of ensuring project leadership/management of consulting engagements, the integrity of strategic and tactical recommendations and the development of detailed business/market strategies. The Consultant will also be the definitive point of contact for clients and will be required to demonstrate expert knowledge of the markets and develop strong business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve growth target in your country/area of responsibility:
- Keep in regular contact with existing Clients
- Market Technicon Design to existing Clients-client development, new service creation within existing clients
- Sell Technicon Design to new Clients
- Pro-actively recommend candidates to Clients after searching & selection
Achieve target profitability for your country/area of responsibility:
- Project Leadership - Manage the delivery of major strategic consulting engagements, incorporating design, plan, cost and management, developing bespoke client focused solutions through commercial leadership
- Work in close co-operation with other recruiters to fill vacancies with the best candidates as quickly as possible
- Ensure contracts for clients are completed accurately, meeting relevant legal requirements (employment law etc.)
- Assist expat candidates to apply for Chinese visa & Residence Permit related issues
Support activities:
- Stay informed about Industry, Market and Client activity and discuss issues with Recruitment Team (visit shows, studios, clients; understand new technologies, trend research of the industry)
- Business Development - Proactively develop and nurture client relationships, conducting detailed business needs analysis and demonstrating expert industry knowledge.
- Develop marketing material for Technicon Design
- Research competitors
- Team Development _Lead, manage and train team members, developing and motivating junior consultants; promoting innovative team ideas.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience.
- Head-hunting experiences will be preferred.
- Previous consulting/ lead analyst experience within a Consulting or Advisory business environment.
- Fluent English and Chinese language skills.
- Thorough understanding of market research/consulting methodologies, strategy development and marketing tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- Articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills.
