Job Qualifications
* At least 3 years electrical components purchasing experience; Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electrical or automation engineering disciplines;
三年以上电气元件采购经验；电气或者自动化工程专业本科或以上学历；
* Proficient in electrical components related knowledge (common brand like Siemens/Schneider/Weidmuller, type, specifications)
精通电气元件相关知识（常用元气件品牌如西门子/施耐德/魏德米勒等、型号、技术参数等）
* Familiar in purchase process, quotation process and settlement process;
熟悉采购流程，熟悉项目分包商报价和结算流程；
* Good in negotiating and tracking, strong coordination and pushing capability;
擅长谈判和议价，擅长订单追踪，推动和协调能力强；
* Familiar in using ERP system
熟练使用ERP管理系统
* Fluent English speaking

Job Description
Responsible of daily purchasing management (quotation, negotiation, order, tracking and delivery);
负责日常采购的实施与管理（询价、比价、议价、采购、订单跟踪及交货）；
* Responsible of components type, specification detail confirmation, support for type change;
负责物料型号、技术参数与配置的细节确认，为物料型号变更提供支持；
* Responsible of stock management (acceptance, storage in/out, checking etc.);
负责仓库物料的管理（验收、入库、发放、保管和盘点）；
* Responsible of purchase budget and cost control;
负责采购预算与成本控制；
* Responsible of supplier and sub-contractor management (developing, appraisal, audit and assessment);
负责供应商和分包商管理（开发、评估、审核和年审）；
* Responsible for the incident emergency response in the process of the purchase, report in a timely manner;
负责采购过程中突发或紧急事件的应急处理，并及时汇报；
* Responsible of purchasing file, ERP system and server’s data management.
负责采购文件管理及ERP系统和服务器数据管理。
* Responsible of account of payable update and coordination (purchase play a very important role in AP process).
负责应付账款的信息更新及协调（采购在应付账款支付管理流程中扮演非常重要的角色）；
* Responsible of internal communication and coordination, responsible of project material information and progress in time transfer;
负责内部沟通与协调，负责项目物料信息和进程的及时传递；
* Communication with supplier and sub-contractor, Coordination of the various conflicts, maintain
 relationship with them and drive the satisfaction.
代表团队与供应商和分包商沟通，协调各种冲突，维系其关系及满意度。
