RESPONSIBILITIES
*Recruitment & Hiring (25%)
Work with line managers on JD preparation, recruitment request to start the recruitment process. Give the suggestion to the line manager and make the decision together with line manager. Prepare and coordinate orientation training for new hires; following and help the new hires integrate in the company.
*Talent Management(20%)
Support line managers to conduct talent review, and succession planning. Give advice and suggestions on talent management and development. Coordinate talent management programs in the business;
*Performance Management(15%)
Implement Performance Management policy and process, coach line managers to use the tools, ensure the periodical completion of performance management activities. Identify improvement areas by analyzing the documents and process, provide group trainings if necessary;
*Coaching & Development(15%)
Facilitate and consolidate training needs analysis. Facilitate training nomination, give advice to line managers and staff on team/personal training plan, make sure the training resources are managed and used in an effective way. Facilitate and organize training if necessary;
*Communication & culture building: (10%)
Manage individual and group communications to advocate corporate culture or handle changes;
*Reward(10%)
Give advice to line managers on compensation for new hires, promotions and annual salary review. Facilitate the process of annual salary review;
*Data Management & Reporting (5%)
Maintain necessary data and information, provide accurate data to region and management team as required, make sure timely periodical reports are provided to update progress of HR activities;
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Bachelor's degree or above in human resources management, business administration or related requirements
*Minimum of 10 years' HR experience in MNC, of which five years HR BP experience in MNC;
*Very familiar with local labor law and relevant regulations;
*Good project experience;
*Solid understanding of business with the ability to translate the business requirements into the action plan;
*Strong ability of leading change and coaching;
*Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;
*Detailed oriented and good problem-solving skills.
