职位描述：
JD：

1.Establish and maintain the quality management system, bring it to effective and improve it

2.Join in draft、modify、apply、change version and maintain the management manual, procedure file, recorder listing etc.;

3.Join in management review, assist to workout and extend management review plan and report, keep all recorders of review

4.Organize to identify and evaluate the production risk source, draft the major environment risk list

5.Follow the quality correction / preventing measures;

6.To draft internal audit plan, join in internal audit, keep all recorders;

7.Cooperate to issue the internal audit report; follow the correction / preventing measures;

8.To implement the system internal audit, in-process audit, quick process audit, production and technical audit, report the results to related depts.;

9.Join in admit outside audit of quality and environment and safety system;

10.Be responsible for collect and monthly make the statistics of the quality information ,issue the quality target ,follow and verify the implement status for all departments

11.Join in supplier emulation, review the quality system of supplier according to requests;

12.Organization and submit the relevant analysis of the improve report, and according to customer requirements and provide 8D / 5WHY report. Write complaints monthly report

13.Receive the product test and audit from the 3rd party and customers.

14.Analyze and dispose with the disqualification materials and products, validate the correction / preventing measures, follow up and verify;

15.Extend, callback, destroy of controlled file, keep manuscript and recorders;

16.Collect all recorders of company quality/ environment make serial number;

17.Assist 3C product, production license, the export license, annual surveillance audits, and prepare the samples

18.Assist to finish other work of QA. such as products backward, analysis of disqualification etc..

Requirement：

3 years quality engineer experience;
