? Answer and screen incoming phone calls
接听公司来电
? Greet visitors in a polite and professional manner. Manage them
礼貌专业的接待来访者，并安排他们跟各部门人员见面。
? Administrate express, receive and send mails, distribute correspondence to various office personnel. Keep in touch with water Providers to make sure drinking water storage and a timely delivery
发送各类快递，并且收到快递后发放到各部门。与送水员的联络，确保办公室跟车间不能断水。
? Make and manage employees and visitors badges. Provides attentive travel and lodging supports for staff and visitors, including flight tickets, hotel booking and car arrangements etc.
管理制作工作员工及来访者的名卡。为来访者以及员工预订机票，酒店，租车等事宜。
? Manage office supplies, stationaries, business name cards, presswork, advertising materials and company gifts, keep communication to the external service company to make sure printing format and quality to meet requirements
管理预订公司办公用品，名片，印刷品，广告，礼品等事宜，跟各部门同事沟通并确保质量尺寸无误。
? Administrates company keys and work clothes, make sure all keys be kept in order and be provided in time when needed. Maintains work clothes delivery and record to employees
管理公司大门钥匙，员工工作服，确保在需要的时候及时给出。
? Update employees name list and internal contact list timely.
定期更新员工联络名单
? Support company activities
支持公司任何活动
? Monthly attendance record and new employee finger print set up as per company regulation
记录员工每月考勤以及新入职员工指纹录入与管理。
? Other admin duties and tasks requested by supervisor

Education: Secondary schools or vocational school training in Human Resource, secretary or computer etc.
教育：大专或大专以上的学历，人力资源管理，秘书行政类专业优先
Languages: Can read and write English. Oral is a plus.
