Position Description:

The candidate will join the Customer Support Team based in Suzhou, China supporting Immunoassay product lines. The Technical Support Engineer works closely with the field support teams to ensure our instrumentation meets the reliability expectations of our customers within the boundaries of our performance expectations. The individual would serve as a liaison with the Immunoassay Business unit, transferring new product and troubleshooting knowledge to the local support organization and escalating unresolved technical challenges. The individual will actively monitor key performance indicators to ensure business objectives are met. Day to day activities include providing technical support to the field specialists and call center associates, working with cross functional teams, and resolving escalated customer technical challenges in a timely and quality manner.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electronics, bio-medical engineering, chemistry, medical technology, or related field with 5+ equivalent work experience.
? Experience in diagnostics industry utilizing automated instrumentation
? Understands complex technical and non-technical documentation
? Understands basic quality control and statistical principles
? Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word and Excel
? Ability to travel globally as needed
