The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals mainly in SME, through the effective selling and promoting of Qiyewan services and solutions to existing and potential new customers within the framework of organizational policies and directives.
销售将主要关注小微企业,在公司的政策和方向的框架下,通过有效的销售和推广企业湾服务和解决方案给现存和潜在客户,完成或者超额完成销售目标。
Key Responsibilities:
主要职责:
1.发展和执行商业计划,包括但是不限于销售业务改进计划,以提高整体客户服务质量,开发和维护销售渠道,实现公司销售目标
Develop and implement business plans which include, but are not limited to, sales operational improvement plans for improving the overall customer service quality, develop and maintain sales channels and achieving company sales targets.
2.支持销售主管完成销售指标,定期分析销售业务
Assist Sales Head in working out the sales objectives and analyze the sales business regularly
3.负责日常的销售流程包括销售订单的跟踪和准备报价单
Manage the day-to-day operations including follow up sales orders and prepare quotations
4.和后台运营团队进行有效的沟通,监督确保订单得到有效的沟通和执行
Monitor and ensure that commitments made are effectively communicated and carried out by operational/functional parties
5.维护良好的客户关系
Maintain strong customer relationships
6. 确定潜在的商业机会
Identify prospective business opportunities
The ideal candicate would have:

1.1年以上一线销售经验,有良好的销售技巧
1 year or more frontline work experience, with good sales skills.
2.有创业园,孵化器,写字楼运营经验者优先
Have Start-up Park, Incubator and office building operation experience is a plus
3.愿意从零开始,拥有良好积极的工作态度
Self-starter and high degree of responsibility with positive working attitude.
4.愿意接受挑战,渴望成长
Have an appetite for challenge and growth
