职位描述：
a) Implement / maintain company HSE management system ( ISO14001) and ensure the registration of HSE related activities.
b) Coordinate internal audit and 3rd party audit for HSE system and follow up action plan.
c) Interface with relevant government departments for consultation, approval request, or problem solving etc. Maintain HSE related regulation list.
d) Lead to analyze the causes of incidents and NM, draw conclusions and develop proposals for measurement to avoid them in future. Follow up the actions raised from incidents, NM and various HSE checks/audits
e) Ensure all the HSE incidents are investigated and properly reported. Maintain the Incident Reporting System.
f) Organize HSE training for employees/contractors regularly. Develop HSE training plans and ensures employees have all necessary HSE knowledge and skills to complete their jobs safely.
g) Analyze existing machinery/work stations on a regular basis as to their safety aspects and draw conclusions. Lead the safety audits and risk analysis (Hazard Study, JHA, MOC, PSSR)
h) Collect HSE suggestions from employees and actions follow up.
i) Coordinate employee physical examination
j) Responsible for the waste classification and management of the site. Monitor waste gas emission and waste water. Take actions if there is deviation.
k) Organize emergency response drills. Act as key emergency team member in an emergent case.
l) Be responsible to get all the external inspections and apply certificates / license when needed.
