职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
-加强本部门以及部门负责人带领其他项目团队的日常各项记录的维护
-协助公司IMS以及IT经理支持各种公司层级的内外审核，审核报告收集和整理，审核组接洽等。
-参与公司层级流程的整合和审查，必要时起草相关流程。
-总部英文流程的审查和可实施性建议。
-公司层级受控文件的电子归档整理和排查，定期提醒各个责任人更新。各种受控文件章的监管和使用。流程文件存档以及协助签核。
-协助公司精益经理进行公司层级的可视化管理，以及其他相关工作。
-完成部门负责人交代的其他任务。

Job Requirements:
-本科及以上
-参与过ISO14001/OHSAS18001审核
-英文读写流利
-文笔较佳
-熟练office软件尤其excel和word
-基础IT知识
-有轨道交通质量相关背景为佳 举报 分享
