职位描述：
? Participate NPI for tooling spec definition and design review.
在新项目导入阶段，参加模具规格定义和设计审核。
? Follow up on tooling to ensure compliance with Phillips-Medisize standards in design, tool build, and tool build schedule
模具开发跟进，确保模具符合Phillips_Medisize的标准以及项目进度。
? Serve as a consultant to production / manufacturing on all tooling related issues
对生产制造所有模具相关的问题提供技术支持。
? Be responsible for tooling documentation preparation for tooling transferring, and tooling IQ activities.
模具转移和安装确认过程中准备模具相关的文件。
? Develop and establish tool maintenance plan and schedule
制定模具维护保养计划。
? Daily and scheduled maintennace for all the production tool.
生产模具的日常维护保养。
? Overall managing the mold maintenance and reparation internally and externally.
全面管理模具的内外部保养和维修。
? Overall managing all spare parts for the injection molds.
全面管理注塑模具的所有备件。
? Periodically to conduct in house tools evaluation and prepare corresponding report to customer, propose actions (additional spares, refurbishment or renew tool, cost and lead-time).
定期对公司的模具进行评估和维修，并将相应的报告发送给客户，提出相关实施方案（添加备件，维修或更新模具，所需的成本和完成时间）。
