职位描述：
主要职责：
齿轮类产品开发
1) 产品可行性评估，尤其是齿参数、公差进行校核及可行性评估，并给出合理化改善建议
2) 使用模流分析软件进行分析及优化产品结构
3) 正确设计标准齿、辅助测量冶具
4) 提供正确的齿轮模修模方案，正确设计齿形图、滚刀图、CNC电极图,
螺牙类产品开发
1) 对客户需求中的螺牙参数、公差进行校核及可行性评估，并提出合理化改善建议
2) 正确设计牙规
3) 对部分螺牙公差小的产品，提供正确的螺牙牙环修模方案，正确设计螺牙、齿环、电极图
进度追踪
1) 外购标准齿、滚刀、电极、齿环进度计划制定及跟踪
2) 内部CNC电极、齿环放电、齿环线割计划制定及跟踪
产品设计
设计满足客户需求，且利于开模、注塑生产的产品或组件

主要要求：
大专及以上 ，模具、机械制造相关专业大专以上学历。
