职位描述：
Main duties and responsibilities
1. Assisting with all the marketing and communications initiatives
2. Assisting with preparation for various school publications
3. Assisting with the planning and developing of contents for publicity
4. Helping maintaining the relationship with media and relevant partners
5. Helping updating website and social media
6. Assisting with the development of video, H5 promotional materials
7. Drafting and translating articles
8. Conduct industry research and monitor industry development

The Communications and Marketing Assistant should possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Chinese, English, media or marketing.
2. 2-3 year relevant working in communications and marketing field is preferred.
3. Experience preferred in social media, writing press releases and liaising with different media channels, such as print, video, solid media, and so on
4. Excellent verbal and written Chinese and English language skills
5. Interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work well in a multi-cultural workplace
7. High level of internet and computer literacy, such as configuration of website, Photoshop, video editing software, Html 5 design, and so on
8. Ability to effectively use databases essential. Knowledge of MS Office, FileMaker Pro Software knowledge a plus
9. Good health, physical stamina and fitness
10. Passion for a career in education
