职位描述：
To provide a high quality of C&B service to meet company’s demands, and to proactively assist in other work assigned in Human Resource Department.

Job Responsibilities:

1、Deliver payroll calculation accurately (including new starters, leavers, contract change & absence) & arrange payment to all the staff on time.
2、Provide advice to staff in relation to pay, salary guidelines, taxation & national Insurance.
3、Assist in the administration of benefits schemes & HR activities.
4、Support proposal of compensation and benefit strategies, policies, procedures & annual salary review.
5、Proficiency in HR data analysis & management, and to prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly HR reports effectively & efficiently.
6、Familiar with Labor laws & related regulations.
7、Other duties assigned by HR manager.

Education & Experience & Requirement:

1、Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
2、3-4 years plus working experience in HR C&B function, and other experience & a multi-national company working environment is preferred
3、Being hands-on, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and proactive
4、Good command of English
5、Proficiency in software, especially strong in Excel skills
6、Good Team player
