职位描述：
- Perform the preventive maintenance on all machines and equipment and precisely record all intervals
进行预防性维修针对所有机器及设备, 并准确记录所有间隔时间
- Carry out constantly building maintenance and repairs
进行经常性的建筑维护和保养
- Assist Facility Manager in developing maintenance plans for all machines and equipment
协助厂务经理完成所有的机器, 设备的技术维护计划
- Ensure that all production equipment and the building is in perfect condition
保证所有的生产设备, 和建筑物都处在正常运行及完善状态
- Support EHS Engineer in safety relevant issues
全力支持 EHS 工程师在与安全相关的问题上
- Take part on constantly personal training (e.g. new technologies, new equipment, etc.)
经常参加个人的培训 (例如新技术, 新工艺, 新设备等)
- Keep maintenance workshop clean and in a good order
保护好维修车间的整洁, 整齐有序
- Handle assigned tools and equipment carefully
保管好分配的工具, 操作设备时注意安全
- Special tasks assigned by Facility Manager or General Manager
特殊的工作安排需通过厂务经理或者总经理
Authority 职权
- Authorized to inform Facility Manager if machines or equipment maintenance is not carried out in time or safety relevant features are not working
如果机器或设备维护进行不及时, 或者安全相关功能不工作. 向厂务经理汇报

Qualification Requirements 任职资格
- High school or above
高中或者以上学历
- Min. 3 years working experience in machine and/or equipment maintenance, preferably in injection molding companies
在机械或设备维修方面有 3 年从业经验, 服务对象最好为注塑, 模具公司
- Basic English language skills are an advantage
会英文优先考虑
- Must have the related certificates (electricity, pressure vessel, hydraulic, fire etc.)
必须有相关的上岗证书 (电力, 压力容器, 液压，消防等)
- Forklift driving license and/or crane operating certificate is an advantage
有叉车驾照或者吊车操作证书优先考虑
- Familiar with the following machine/equipment brands: Demag, Arburg and Engel injection machines, Wittmann robot, FOBA and HG lasers, GRACO paint mixing equipment
熟悉以下机器 / 设备品牌: 德马格, 雅宝和恩格尔注塑机, 威猛机械手, FOBA和HG激光设备, 固瑞克油漆混合设备
- Must have strong ability to work independently
