职位描述：
◆_20__% 排除生产过程中设备的异常及故障；
（Vigel 500 50%，Makino 30%,组装机 及自动化线20%）
◆_40_% 设备的月度季度半年度年度保养，及时更新设备的备件信息；
Vigel 500 50%，Makino 30%,组装机 及自动化线20%）
◆_5__% 必要时与设备生产商取得联系，获取必要的技术支持和相关技术资料；
Vigel 500 50%，Makino 30%,组装机 及自动化线20%）
◆_5__% 协助工程师处理项目工程转换及落实
（组装自动化线30%，Vigel刀库增加冲洗装置30%，Makino 过滤改善40%）
◆__5_% 提出改善建议，对设备高故障点改善设计；
Vigel500 40%，组装自动化线 30%，Makino 30%
◆_10__% 协助其它部门解决与设备异常问题；
（工装夹具问题30%，油路问题30%，气检防错措施验证20%，配合质量部门调查，数据查看等20%）
◆_5__% 负责新设备的安装协助及验收；
（Vigel500新机床安装50%，组装机自动化线安装20%，Makino新机床安装30%）
◆__10_% Other duties as assigned.

（照明灯，风扇维修30%，空压机排水，点检40%，开关插座维修更换30%）
