职位描述：
? Manages the annual budget of powertrain.
? Prepare reports relevant to the budget and respond to inquires related to budget issues.
? Implement and manage budgetary procedures.
? Work with finance to establish APAC powertrain yearly budget plan.
? Work with PMs to monitor revenue.
? Track and report monthly and yearly budget and operation results to ensure all APAC powertrain budgetary requirements are met.
? Researches financial management issues.
? Work with finance to close-out monthly powertrain budgets.
? Work with supporting functions for better information sharing and resource planning.
? Plan and control powertrain resource for improving efficiency.
? Suggest corrective actions for achieving budget targets.
? Conduct deep dive analysis of man hour and machine hour usage
? Own powertrain operation efficiency and KPIs.
? Manage RP system to ensure goals of participation and billable manpower utilization are met.
? Manage powertrain KPI tracking sheet and report
? Make improvement on current project budgetary process.
? Deal with other business operation issues on a required basis

Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor or above
? Experience: Minimum five years of experience in Finance or project budget control
? Skills & Competence:
