Overview:
Manage and monitor product pricing activities, including formulation and implementation of pricing policies upon China Automotive business segments( for example: HM, CAM...); development and maintenance of China price lists, and delivery of daily pricing concept training to sales and non-sales employees with the objective of optimizing sales product margin within global policies, procedures and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Policies and Procedures
Implement global policies, procedures and processes; implement local policies and procedures in order to provide working guidelines for the company and ensure compliance with global requirements and corporate ethical standards.
- Pricing Control
Develop and maintain of Book Price, Distribution Book Price and Contract Price; and review and approve Special Price requests on a daily basis in order to control product pricing within specific margin requirements and according to product pricing strategy. On time finish the price review and approval - GPMS within 24 hours and mass load within 48 hours; Strictly follow pricing DOA; price erosion DOA and price approval memo guideline; On time provide the pricing related analysis and reports to target customers; Support and remind sales team/sales GM to control the price erosion within FY OB
- Pricing System Improvement
Propose improvements and modifications to GPMS (Global Pricing Management System) and other tools in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of pricing control and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 2~3 years relevant experience or above
- Good analytical skills and PC application software skill
- Proficient in written and oral English, good communication skills.
- Accountable, Integrity, self-motivated and Teamwork member; Logical,detail-oriented,
- Strong business sense. Able to work independently under pressure.
