职位描述
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Contract Logistics for Western China, the candidate will be responsible for developing contract logistics revenue with existing and new customers:
-Business development for new accounts
-Lead a sales team to hit the sales growth
-Keep the identified potential clients fruitfully in sales pipeline
-Hit the yearly sales target
-Conduct proper training to the sales team
-Prepare proposal in response to RFQ or opportunity
-To assist Business Development Team for any meeting with new prospect
-Prepare and update sales material / presentation
-Contract negotiation with customers
-Commercial follow up of existing customer, contract renegotiation
-Report business development activity to Management
-Handling complaints and trouble shooting
-Participate in steering committee for key accounts to grow the activity
Requirements:
-Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics or related disciplines
-At least 5 years solid experience in business development in contract logistics business or sales
-Proven track record of sales experience in Western China Region is a plus
-Good knowledge of specific vertical e.g. Hi-Tech is an advantage
-Solid client database and network would be preferred
-Strong management and development skills, able to develop effective relationships at all levels
-Strong sales management skills and good understanding of contractual terms
-Superb presentation and communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
