职位描述：
We are looking for 2 purchasing engineer.
1 for direct materials, charge of injection molding, rotational molding, blow molding, wheels/castors, brushes and plastic raw material parts;
1 for all indirect materials

Main Responsibility:
1. Strategic sourcing from the national market
2. Evaluation of suppliers (quality, price, capacity, lead time etc.)
3. On-site evaluation of the supplier factory (observe inspection records, production standards, quality of the material etc.)
4. Final quality definition, price negotiations etc.
5. Initiate the sampling process if supplier is found suitable
6. Perform continuous improvement process by seeking ways to enhance delivery performance and improve the planning / scheduling process
7. Foster interdepartmental communication (R&D, QC etc.) to achieve best possible results
8. Supplier relationship management
9. Updating part prices, check material demand and PO situation via SAP
10. Troubleshooting and Problem solving
11. Miscellaneous duties as assigned by the manager / supervisor

Knowledge &　Skill required:
1. Major in Engineering is preferred, Supply Chain Management or other may also be considered; 3-5 Years experience in Engineering or Purchasing (1-2, 6-8)
2. Sourcing, Purchasing, Material Planning, Import & Export experience required
3. Knowledge on Pricing, Cost breakdown analysis
4. Technical background and knowledge preferred
5. Knowledge of SAP ERP system is preferred
6. Experience in an international company / international work environment is advantageous
7. Spoken and written English should be proficient
