职位描述：
Responsibilities - Tasks / 责任及任务:

- Who is mainly responsible for customer communication and relevant business management and development.
- 该职位主要负责客户沟通和相关业务管理和开发。

- Accout manager shall communicate with customer proactively and frequently, detect customer needs and fulfill that timely, provide “one-stop service” to customer.
- 客户经理应主动积极地并经常地与客户沟通联系，发现客户需求并及时满足客户需求，提供给客户一站式服务。

- Keeping good realtion with current customers and develop new business from them as well develop potential new customer.
- 与现有客户保持良好的关系，从现有客户处开发新业务，开发潜在的新客户。

- Account manager is the communication bridge between customer and internal teams. He/she should be goal-oriented and result-oriented, coordinate with internal teams and customers to guide each business or project be finished time and cost efficient to achieve customer’ expectation.
- 客户经理是公司与客户沟通的桥梁，应以目标结果为导向，充分发挥协调作用引导公司每每笔业务或项目能顺利并高效地完成以达成客户期望。

- Work together with project manager to make successful project.
- 与项目经理合作共同确保项目的顺利完成。

- Support to handle customer complaint when necessary.
- 必要时协助处理客户投诉。

- Pricing review and cost evaluation.
- 产品成本评估及价格核算。

- Other arrangement by supervisor and obey company rules.
- 主管安排的其他事项及遵从公司的规定。

Special Responsibilities / 特别责任 :

- Customer relation management
- 客户关系管理。
- Customer analysis and evaluation
- 客户分析及评价建议。

Job Requirements / 工作要求:

- More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
- 五年以上制造业工作经验。

- 2~3 years Customer management experience or in the field of customer service or sales project management.
- 两到三年的客户管理经验， 或者两到三年的客户服务或销售项目管理经验。

- Good communication skill.
- 良好的沟通技巧。

- Good experience and knowldage on machnical engineering, injection moulding or plastic industry.
- 在机械工程、注塑、模具制作或塑胶行业方面有良好的经验和技术。

- Good knowledge at trade, marketing& sales, laws field and business.
- 对贸易、营销、法律等知识有一定的了解，熟悉公司各方面业务。

- Good ability of analysis, make analysis by synthesis of customer business and foresee customer’ expectation.
- 较强的分析能力，对客户的业务能综合分析并对客户的需求有较强的预见力。

- Good ablility at market development
- 较好的市场开拓能力。

- Know ISO 9001 quality system.
- 懂ISO9001 质量系统。

- Open minded.
- 观念开放。

- Fluently listen, oral and written English
- 英语听说写流利。
