职位描述：
Job Purpose
To support product engineering teams in US in product development and sustaining in production line.
Duties and Responsibilities
? Interface to US PE/TE/Design engineers to organize new EONs
? Interface with Rel group helping to coordinate establishment of test capability and burn in capability
? Interface with other on semi manufacturing sites (like Hana ) in establishing production capability.
? Work with characterization organization on completion of tests not capable of being completed in Mtp. and supplying data to APD PE BU
? Support Mfg issues on ASG products in Suzhou
? Organize line warm ups and preproduction for ASG products in Suzhou.
? Interface with assembly organization in generation of production assembly diagrams and BOMs
? Good English communication Skills
Qualifications
? BSEE or equivalent (Master degree preferred), with over 5 yrs product or test engineering experience in power discrete (Power IGBT / MOSFET), Functional Power IC (including multi-chip) or related products.
? Good English communication skills – verbal and written. Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different locations.
? People management skills.
