本科以上学历,工程类或相关专业

Language/语言:
CET 4 English
英语四级

PC Skill/电脑:
Familiar with office software, such as Word, Excel, Power point, Access.
熟练使用办公软件，如Word, Excel, Power point, Access。
Have experience of SAP QM module is preferred.
有SAP QM经验优先。

Professional Experience /专业经验
1.Above 5 years quality management experience.
5年以上质量管理经验。
2.Have good knowledge and experience on ISO9000 quality system.
拥有较强的ISO9000质量体系知识和经验
3.Stronger communication skill and team work spirit, stronger integrate manage-ment skills.
较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神, 较强的整合管理能力。
4.Fluent English both in oral and written.
英文口语书写流利。
5.Pro-active and responsibility.

Main Responsibility主要职责:
Monitor，control and continuously improve the quality of C&A plant as well as the quality system in order to consistently always meet our customer’s requirements, guide others in this field also.
监控并提升零件&水泵装配厂的质量和质量体系以持续满足客户的需求,并能指导他人。

Daily Duties日常工作:
1.Participate in internal audit of ISO9000 QMS and daily line audit, and ensure compliance throughout the C&A plant. Maintain and develop Key Performance Indicators, identify Top issues and drive process improvements through data collection, analysis & reporting in fields of internal quality process and supplier quality management.
参与ISO9000品质体系内部审核和日常的产线审核，确认零件&水泵装配厂质量体系的符合性；监控关键绩效指标，在内部制程及供应商质量管理方面，通过数据收集，分析和报告来识别重点问题和推动制程提高。
2.Handle CCS and related customer requirements timely and effective. Monitor the handling progress of CCS and the improvement of customer satisfaction.
及时有效的处理客户投诉，以及相关客户需求。监控处理的进展和客户满意度的改进。
3.Monitor implementation of PFMEA, CP, MSA, CI, WI, etc, so that we can get well control in machining plant and make continue improvement.
监控工厂的PFMEA, Control plan，MSA，CI，WI等等的落实，以能控制好工厂质量，并进行持续改进。
4.Implement quality actions concerning ECM. Make sure that nonconformities have been well controlled. Take care of quality actions related to VPC, ensure that all related quality issues got solved.
执行工程变更中的质量相关的措施。确保不良得到了很好的控制。负责产品验证的相关质量任务, 确认相关的质量问题都得到了解决。
5.To be responsible for assigned new project/NPI quality managements. Sure the quality re-quirements have been implement in project period.
负责新项目的质量管理，确保质量要求在项目阶段得以执行。
6.Guide and develop new comer and quality technician relevant quality knowledge. Sure the quality tools can be understand and used fully.
指导新员工及质量技术员相关质量知识。确保质量工具的充分理解及运用。
