职位描述：
Job Responsibilities：
1. Leading the team to bring a new product / new technology to be ready to market
2. Ensure the team is following a customer independent timing goal, achieving feature / function targets, achieving cost targets
3. This role requires them to work cross functionally between Eng, Mfg, and GSM
4. Requirement and scope management of development projects before acquisition phase
5. Full responsibility for planning and execution of the project management plan incl. time and budget planning based on development process & milestones
6. Manage changes on project & product level during the entire development phase
7. Cost management of program & development costs
8. Budget and resource planning for development projects

Requirements：
? 8 year above working experience in a Manufacturing environment, including 5 years in Leadership position in Engineering related function, preferred in Auto industry
? Technical background and R&D experience in products design will be preferred
? Strong planning, coordinating and resource managing skills
? More than three years working experience especially in project management
? Proven ability to effectively interact with multiple level people
? Familiar with the project management practice, PMP certification is a plus
? Good communication/leadership skills and able to work under multi-cultural environment;
? Self-driven and motivation
? Action/result oriented: Achieves high level, sustainable performance and results; is bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and encourages others to grasp ownership for achieving timely, quality, agreed upon results; is highly energetic;
? Demonstrated decision making capability: uses logic and insight to solve difficult problems and create effective solutions

Education/Degree:
Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical/EE Engineering, Manufacturing Automation, Vehicle Engineering and Mechatronics, etc. Master Degree is preferred 举报 分享
