职位描述：
1.Accounting Tax税务
-Registration, check, reconciliation and bookkeeping of VAT (scanning, input VAT, output VAT)
增值税认证、核对、调节及账务处理（扫描核对；进项转出；销项核对）
-Check of export business, preparation of the list, declaration to SAT and LAT
确认出口笔数、编制清单、出口免抵退申报、国税地税申报
-Calculation and returning of local taxes and levies
地方各项税费计算和申报（城建/教育附加/印花；其他税费）
-Calculation and returning of CIT (up to GTC)
企业所得税计算和申报（月度计算/季度预缴/年度汇算清缴；GTC）
-Support payment abroad (service category), withholding taxes
支持不定期境外付款（非贸易项下付汇），代扣代缴税金
-Study of applicable tax policies, collection of laws, regulations and circulars, management of tax files
研究适用的税收政策、收集适用法律法规文件、税务档案管理
-Attention and application of other tax preference and governmental subsidies than HNTE

2. Accounting Receivable 应收
-integrity and cut-off check of sales contracts (price agreement/package alignment; domestic/foreign)
检查销售合同的完整性和截止性（价格协议/一揽子协议；境内/境外）
-creation and change of customer master data according to requisition from Sales
根据销售部的通知，创建和更新客户（财务）主数据
-calculation and update of credit limits based on sales forecast, payment terms and credit rating
根据预测销售额、付款条件和信用等级创建和更新信用额度
-validation of unblock of delivery documents and conduct unblocking
审核销售部提交的发货解冻审批单，释放被冻结的发货单据
-check consistency of invoices from SAP SD module and VAT TCS (amount/quantity)
审核销售系统发票和实体发票的一致性（金额/数量）
-write-off of invoices after getting paid by customers (normal sales/other returns; domestic/foreign; incoming payment/prepayment)
客户付款后发票核销（正常销售/其他退返；境内/境外；到收/预收）
-assist sales dept. in reconciliation with customers, preparation of credit control letter (reminding letters)
协助销售部与客户对账，拟定信用控制函（付款提示函/催款函）
-monitoring of customers accounts, clarification of its balances (affiliated/3rd parties; receivables/advanced)
监控应收客户账户，余额对账澄清（关联方/第三方；应收/预收）
-monitoring of GD/ID accounts, pushing for invoicing (domestic/foreign; applicable/unapplicable)
监控暂估客户账户，催开销售发票（境内/境外；适用/不适用）
-analysis of aging A/R, turnover days, recommendation of improvement actions (WoC reduction)
分析应收账款账龄、周转天数，建议改进方案（营运资本最小化）


Qualification资质要求:
1. Bachelor degree in finance/accounting or equivalent财务会计专业大学本科或同等学历
2. Good knowledge in Finance, internal control and enterprise management; Knowledge of IAS/IFRS, PRC GAAP精通财务、税务、金融、内控、企业管理方面的专业知识;掌握国际会计准则和财务报告准则及中国会计准则的知识
3. Accountancy Certification as required by local legislation持有会计从业资格证件
4. 5 years professional experience .With manufacturing background; Have experience of cost accounting, can analyze and control production cost5年专业工作经验.具备制造行业相关背景；有成本核算经验，能完成产品生产成本的分析、控制
5. Fluency in written and spoken English is fundament书面和口语英语能力优秀
6. Computer literacy - Microsoft Office /SAP计算机能力良好，特别是MS Office/SAP 举报 分享
