Your responsibilities:
- Operative management of our mineral casting production.
- Close collaboration with purchasing, quality management, and warehouse / logistics department.
- Management and development of about 50 employees
- Operating costs and productivity of manufacturing units

Your profile:
- Extensive expertise in manufacturing processes
- You are a pragmatic leader with highly developed motivational skills
- You have an exemplary work ethic which is characterized by a high degree of motivation, ambition, and team spirit
- You have strong leadership and social skills
- The development and optimization of processes is one of your strengths
- You have already worked / are working in China in comparable positions
- English language skills are beneficial
