职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Responsible for Nantong Plant safety analysis, reviews and corrective recommendations and compliance with pertinent Devro and government mandated programs.
2. Review process designs and management of change requests to ensure compliance with safety engineering standards
3. Lead the fire fighting management program
4. Responsible for security guards daily management
5. Interact with Government agencies during site inspection audits and emergencies. Prepare reports to agencies, as required by regulations.
6. Ensuring compliance with regulations including successful performance on HS audits.
7. Complete safety initiative action items following HS Manager's instruction.
8. During construction phase perform duties as required by HS Manager to interact and monitor the contractor’s HS systems and safety education and including Un-announced monitoring to ensure contractor's compliance to Devro HS Standards.
9. Keep tracking local laws and regulations trends on HS, and initiates proactive measures to ensure full compliance on legal requirements
10. Fully implements HS procedures on site with the support of Devro HS and conducts necessary trainings for site employees to ensure their understanding and effective implementation.
11. Conducts HS risk assessment and Job Safety Analysis by supporting Devro Group，and encourage employees to report the potential risk or hazard in time.
12. Reports all occupational illness and injures on time（including lost-time & recordable, first-aid, near miss, accidents） and organizes incident investigation to ensure that root causes to be identified and aggressive corrective and preventive actions being implemented in site
13. Measures site HS performance via daily inspection, periodical check, internal audit and annual external audit.

Knowledge/Experience/ Skills Required:
1. Strong commitment to HS policies.
2. Excellent on execution and implementation
3. Good influence & communication skill
4. Degree in Chemical, Engineering, Safety Engineering Technology or related degree
5. Three to 5+ years or more years of experience in safety engineering, preferably in manufacturing sites or MNC.
6. Experience in process safety technology, regulatory compliance and programs to drive improvements.
7. Setting priorities, work simultaneously on multiple tasks, negotiating, problem solving skills, team work, continuous improvement, taking initiative.
