Purpose of the Job
?Implement ISO/TS16949(IATF16949) quality management system in plant, maintain the quality management system and run it adequately, properly and effectivley
?Faciliate the quality incentive&punishment procedure implementation
?Lead to pass the customer audit&3rd part audit and other audits etc

Your Role
?Establish and implement ISO/TS16949(IATF16949) quality management system in plant
？Transit ISO/TS16949 to IATF16949 system in plant sucessfully before Sep. 2018
？Organize and implement the training of new quality management system in plant to related employees
？Lead plant to pass the ISO/TS 16949 and IATF16949 certification sucessfully at first time right
?Lead to pass customer audit, third party audit, and other audits from external interested parties
？Customer audit: A ratio or higher than 90 ratio >=90%; OE audit is positive
？Pass TUV audit, CQA audit and other audits sucessfully
？OPS audit score>=90
?Carry out internal audit and other process audits and quality system audits from plant itself
？Implement LPA(Layerd Process Audit) audit in plant
？Implement process audit according to VDA6.3, CQI-9, CQI-11 requirement
？Carry out internal audit in plant
?Document management
？Maintain quality management system documents proper and update on time, ensure the QS documents and records are controlled
？Maintain and filling customer documents on time
？Introduce and train the quality system knowledge to employees where needed
?Calibration management
？Regular calibration on equipment
？Calibration equipment management

Your Profile
?Bachelor or above
?2-3 years working experience in automotive or related career
?QMS working experience is prefered
?Good quality sense and customer service awareness
?Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing
