职位描述：
Job Title: CNC Machining Process Engineer
职位：CNC机械加工工艺工程师

Reports to: Plant Manager
汇报对象：厂长

Products: CNC machined parts made of thermoplastic and composite materials
产品：用工程塑料及复合材料为原料的CNC加工零件

Duties:
- Customer drawings analysis and quotation
客户图纸的分析及报价

- Develop CNC processing parts (3 axis, 4 axis, 5 axis) according to customer requirements, to design and use the appropriate tool fixture;
根据客户的要求及图纸建立CNC生产程序(3 axis, 4axis, 5axis). 塑料夹具及刀具的设计及选用

- Material planning in accordance with orders and inventory status;
根据订单及库存状况制定材料计划

- UG, CNC programming lathe, milling machine (3 axis milling, 4-axis, 5-axis), make work instructions;
UG,，车床及铣床CNC 编程 (3 axis milling, 4-axis, 5-axis)，制造作业指导书。

- The production line problem analysis and technical support;
生产现场技术支持及问题分析

- Close communication with sales and production department in the designing and production process.
与销售和各个生产部门就设计和生产程序方面紧密沟通和配合。

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining and related work preparation
5年CNC编程或有关经验

- Knowledge about thermoplastic such as PE, PET, PEEK etc, preferably also composite, materials
熟悉工程塑料，如PE，PET, PEEK 等材料性能， 如果同时熟悉复合材料更佳。

- Familiar in using software of UG and Alphca. Have knowledge about the fixture & tooling for CNC machining
熟悉使用UG和ALPHCA软件。熟悉CNC机械加工的夹具及刀具。

- Can operate the machine and know the control panel
能操作机械及熟悉机器的控制面板

- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
大学毕业，机械工程或有关专业优先

- Good command of written and spoken English
具备良好的英语读写和口语能力。
