Description of work tasks
Customer Support China reports to Sales Team Leader, HUB KA and East China. Locate in Suzhou, China.
? Follow the company’ strategies, values and decisions
? Handle the order from signed contract/order to payment received:
o Verify quote/contract, then enter order(s) including additional communication
o Create configuration when basic article number exists; if not, initiate help request to Market Support
o Set-up of new customers
o Order confirmation to customer; delivery updates to customers if delays appear
o Invoicing and filing to customers; overdue handling as needed (per HUB SOP)
o Handle inquiries to change/cancel existing orders
? Claim handling - owner of the claim handling process
? Be part in the plan work
? Other Sales Admin support:
o Documents handling, maintain and update documents to system;
o Internal SO, PR, expense support etc.
? Use customer feedback for continuous process improvements
? Others tasks assigned by manager.
Background (education, experience etc.)
? University/diploma degree in business management or related.
? 1+ year of work experience in related area. Graduates with potential are welcomed as well.
? Good spoken and written in English
? Good knowledge of the MS Office software
? Proactive, customer- and team-oriented mindset;
