职位描述：
- Receive customer purchase order via Web EDI, verify and confirm immediately
收到来自 Web EDI 客户的订单, 立即验证和确认
- Update customer orders and forecast in the ERP system
在 ERP 系统更新客户订单和预测
- Cross check current warehouse stock with customer demand and inform production in time if stock level is not enough
交叉检查当前仓库库存与客户需求, 如果存货水平不够及时通知生产
- Keep in constant contact to related customer departments
与相关客户部门经常保持联系
- Coordinate with production planner to ensure on time delivery
协调生产计划, 确保准时交货
- Coordinate with warehouse and Import / Export to ensure the shipment in time, both domestic and international
协调仓库和进口 / 出口, 确保及时出货, 包括国内外
- Communicate with other departments to solve any logistic problem together
与其他部门沟通一起解决物流方面的问题
- Arrange deliveries, prepare related documents (e.g. delivery note, invoice etc.)

- Special tasks assigned by Logistic Manager and General Manager
完成物流经理和总经理安排的特殊任务
Authority 职权
- Authorized to edit the ERP system acc. the verified customer order and arrange deliveries independently

Qualification Requirements 任职资格
- Bachelor degree or above in Logistics / International Business, or equivalent education
本科或以上学历, 物流/国际业务, 或同等教育
- Min. 2 years working experience in Logistics / Ordercenter, preferably in international manufacturing companies
在物流/订单中心至少有 2 年的工作经验, 曾任职国际制造企业
- Fluent Chinese (native) and English language skills, both oral and written, German language skills are an advantage
流利的中文 (母语), 英语语言能力, 包括口语和书面, 会德语优先
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), must be able to create clean and easy to understand documents
精通 MS 办公室软件 (Excel,Word,Powerpoint), 必须能够清晰的创建和读懂文件
- Familiar with ERP system, preferably SAP B1
熟悉 ERP 系统, 最好是 SAP B1
- Mature personality, positive and creative thinking, good team working skills
品性成熟, 积极向上, 具备良好的团体合作精神
- Strong communication skills with customer
