职位描述：
Key responsibilities
1. Be in charge of company capital operation management, daily financial management and analysis, financing strategy, etc.
2. Be in charge of accounting control of project cost.
3. Be responsible for internal control of financial management, including the cash-flow. Make yearly financial pre-calculations according to the business plan and track its implementation.
4. Provide financial statement and necessary financial analysis to GM on time, and ensure these data reliable and accurate.
5. Create, maintain and improve the procedure and policy of financial management. Make the financial procedures and rules, and supervise its execution. Make the yearly and quarterly financial plan.
6. Supervise the important business activity which may cause economic loss for company, and report to GM timely.
7. Take full responsibility for the routine work of financial dept.
8. Create and carry out the financial pre-calculation report, monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports.
9. Establish and maintain the good relationship with banks, tax bureau, industrial & commercial bureau and other related organizations, deal with the business related on time, and coordinate to complete company financial audit.
10. Cooperate with other departments to set up and maintain the internal procedures related.
11. Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager

Qualification
1. Education (schools, courses, etc.)
- Bachelor degree of accountancy or above, CA or CPA is preferred

2. Experience
- 5-year above working experiences as Financial Manager in International Company
- Familiar with financial and tax policies

3. Necessary skills
- Excellent in word, excel and Kingdee ERP;
- Good English ability(listening, speaking, reading and writing), can work and communicate well in English;
- Good skill of English and Chinese in speaking and writing

4. Personal characteristics
- Good communication skill and external coordination skill;
- Strong responsibility sense and good reputation.
- Can work under pressure.
- Self-motivation for continuous improvement and Knowledge acquisition;
- Creativity(can help others solve problems);

Damen Marine Components (Jiangyin) Co., Ltd. was established on Dec. 19, 2013, registered capital of which is USD Ten Million and total investment USD two point five Million. The Company is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise incorporated in Jiangyin and invested by Damen Shipyards Group in the Netherlands and the business scope is to manufacture and sell components for shipbuilding and construction industry. Especially in the field of manufacturing of nozzles, the Company is the leading player in the industry with the patented Optima Type Nozzles.

Damen Marine Components (Jiangyin) Co., Ltd. is located at No. 1 Yanghuan Road, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province and covers an area of 26844 square meters. It now has 90 employees, among which 18 welders has passed qualification authentication of various shipbuilding associations from France, the UK, the USA, China etc.
达门船用配件（江阴）有限公司生产经营各类船用产品，主要包括导流罩，舵系，艉管，侧推和绞车。目前，公司的主打产品为各类导流罩，其中OPTIMA导流罩同时具备卓越的前推和反推力，极大地增加了船只的灵活机动性，能最大限度减少燃油消耗，降低噪音和振动，提高船只工作效率和使用寿命。船用液压绞车作为公司近年来的一种新产品，主要出口至欧洲船东。该产品拉力为5KN-300KN其结构主要由液压马达（低速或高速马达）、液压常闭多片式制动器、齿轮箱、离合器及卷筒等组成。液压马达具有很高的机械效率，起动扭矩大，因而在结构上具有紧凑、体积小、重量轻、外形美观等特点，在性能上则具有安全性好、效率高、起动扭矩大、低速稳定性好、噪音小、操作可靠等特点。
Damen Marine Components (Jiangyin) Co., Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing and operation of all kinds of products used on ships, mainly including nozzles, rudders, stern tubes, tunnel and winches. At present, the main product of the Company is all kinds of nozzles, among which, Optima Type Nozzles combine improved forward thrust performance with the good reverse thrust performance, greatly improving the flexibility and mobility of the ships. It can decrease the consumption of fuel oil to the greatest extent, decrease the noise and vibration, and increase the efficiency and service life of the ships. Hydraulic winch used on the ships as one of the new products of the Company, is mainly exported to ship owners in the Europe. Its tensile force is 5KN-300KN, and consists of hydraulic motor (low-speed and high-speed motor), hydraulic normally closed multidisc brake, gear case, clutch, and coiling block. Hydraulic motor enjoys high mechanical efficiency and large torque, therefore its characteristics include compactness, small size, light weight, good-looking appearance, etc. with respect to structure and guaranteed safety, high efficiency, large torque, low-speed stability, low noise, reliable manipulation, etc. with respect to functionality.
