Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Above 5 years working experience
3.Very good MS Office and ERP skills
4.Good command of English
5.Good communication and coordination skills
6.Basic knowledge about importing&exporting operations
Job Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with customers on orders, deliveries and associated matters.
2. Process / control orders from initiation to invoice
3. Responsible for the deliver dates as per order acknowledgement.
4. Create and update the customer records.
5. Co-ordinate with sales managers informing the developments, orders, complaints, received from customers and overdue.
6. Control / ensure that all necessary documents are received from the dispatch department and initiate invoicing accordingly.
7. Inform customers of any delivery delays in due coures
8. Liaise with accounting department in respect to an efficient operation of administrative matters.
