工作内容

1，公司日常总务事务，如：和各部门之间的业务联络，公司通知发行；物业联络，供应商联络等；
2，公司员工出差住宿酒店、机票的预定安排；
3，公司事物用品的采购；
4，公司废弃物处理关联联络；
5，总务相关付款费用申请，如：快递费，公司办公楼租金费，工厂和事务所相关费用等。

6，工会组织和管理

申请条件

●5年以上总务相关工作经验；
●熟练操作OFFICE办公软件。
●日语1级，口语商务交流水平。
