职位描述：
General Summary:

This position is to support new extension project readiness. Oversee a comprehensive Safety, Environment and Health process and other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that Suzhou facility meets conformance with all corporate, PRC safety, environment and health standards.
2. Ensure effective communications with all levels of management and associates. Establish relating to all aspects of safety, environment and health.
3. Assist engineering to ensure all new equipment meets the company safety standards, the lockout /tag out are identified and placarded, the work station design does not create uncontrolled hazards, and hazard assessment are completed before the machines or equipment is placed into production.
4. Assist management and purchasing in ensuring that each department has a chemical inventory, MSDS are provided and stored for each and all associates are trained on the hazards and controls for those materials.
5. Assist each manager and supervisor in providing effective safety training applicable for each department.
6. Administer the following:
A. Push each department audit team follow EHS Layered Process Audit (Review).
B. Oversee the injury investigation process. Ensure that all root causes are identified and corrected, including for near misses.
C. Maintain statistics to help focus the EHS effort in the areas needed.
D. Complete Job Safety Analysis for each job.
E. PPE management , Lockout, Permit Required Confined space, Hazard Communication (new materials), new processes, and Industrial Hygiene needs.
7. Represent the company related to government EHS issues.
8. Provide Orientation training, and work out individual development plan with each department manager.
9. Provide services as directed by Supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. BS degree in safety, environment and health or related field
2. Prefer minimum of 2 years of experience in related job activity.
3. Have a working knowledge of computer systems and software programs.
4. Have a working knowledge of EHS regulations and requirements.
5. Verbal and written communication skills both Mandarin and English. 举报 分享
