Role Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for electrical product test system solution and development, the job holder will be responsible for the core development of innovative test solutions, methodology development and implementation (both hardware and software).

Essential Responsibilities:

Level A:

• Skilled in electronic field, know about basic electronic knowledge, programmable instruments and development tool.
• New test method design/Suitable device select for new test requirement, and update test system to more efficiently and automatically
• Urgent case solving ability for test system/equipment/device crash issue to make sure lab can fully support project running in a qualification system and environment
• Define technical proposal with supplier, espicaially for Hardware design. Test software design for based on HW design.
• Handling tester software and hardware debug.
• Training associate engineer about software and hardware design.
• Document test processes so that literature is available that defines and verifies test and measurement methods and systems. Examples are flowcharts, specifications, procedures, work instructions, development reports

Level B:

• Skilled in electronic field ,Demonstrate high level programming skills to realise test solutions and human-machine interfaces. These include databases, C, C++, C#, NI software-Labview,Teststand,LabWindows CVI.
• Maintain calibration schedule and calibrate all equipment within specified intervals so that equipment remains accurate and expensive engineering errors are avoided.
• Ensure that faulty or damaged equipment is repaired or replaced in an appropriate timeframe or provide alternative methods to minimise engineering downtime
• Develop and commission feasible, cost effective and reliable test and measurement systems for automotive loudspeakers so that design engineers can quantify the performance of their products to prevailing standards. Specific assignments will be initiated through internal requirements meeting the instrumentation needs of the business or through customer NPD projects
• Make sure all the test technology is qualified, Produce monthly achievement reports.
• Work with global test team to improve global test technology development and innovation
• Good Communication Skill with related team both for test team and project team

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

• BEE (Bachelor of Electrical) or above in related field.
• 5 or more years test related work experience.
• 3 or more years test development related work experience.
• NI tools-Labview, Teststand, Labwindows/CVI. Development tool- Visual Studio for C/C++/C#, Simulation tool- Multisim, Protel. Office tools- MS Excel, Power point, Word, Project, Visio.
• Excellent English communication ability.
• Experience in automotive grade electronic modules design; good AF/RF theory, understand APQP, PPAP, MSA,SPC, FMEA
• Experience of key issue problem resolving in previous job is a must. Excellent English communication ability.
• Positive Energy for inspire teammeber, Adapt to high pressure.

Desired Characteristics:

• Familiar with electronic products testing method.
• Familiar with NI, Agilent, R&S etc. equipments. (DAQ, DMM, Generator etc.).
• Good testing platform SW design experience base on Labview and CAN, LVDS, SPDIF standard.
• Familiar with Understand Machine design.
