职位描述：
Qualification: (Knowledge, skills, competencies)

1.Bachelor degree or above in pharmacology, medicine, biology or related discipline.
2.Experience on one or both of followings:
a. Animal experiments, including but not limited to tumor xenograft or syngeneic models in mouse and rat;;
b. Cell culture and in vitro cell-based assays or biomarker analysis (e.g. FACS, IHC, WesternBlot, etc); experience in immuno-oncological assays is a plus.
4.Able to read literature.
5.Strong responsibility, good understanding and team work spirit.
6.Good at data analysis using Office software and other statistical software.
7.Good written skill in English and Chinese.

职位要求：
1.学士学位或以上，药理、医学、生物学或相关专业。
2.具备以下经验之一：
a, 动物实验经验（包括但不限于大小鼠异种或同系移植肿瘤模型）；
b. 细胞培养，及体外分析或生物标记分析（如流式细胞术，免疫组化，免疫印迹法等)；具有免疫肿瘤学相关实验经验者优先。
3.能够阅读文献。
4.责任心强，具有良好的理解力和团队合作精神。
5.能熟练应用Office软件和其他数理统计软件进行数理统计分析。
6.良好的中英文书写能力。

Responsibilities:
1.Finish the in vitro or in vivo studies under the direction of project leader or supervisor, able to trouble shooting.
2.Draft the protocol and report, update data, and work on the related paper work for internal R&D projects.
3.Critical reading and QC for the protocol,report and data provided by the collaborative partners and organize the related paper work.

2.负责起草内部研发实验之方案和报告，更新数据以及其他相关的文字工作。
