职位描述
Job Purpose:
Through the effective and professional management of the regional sales team ensure that all KPI's are met so ensuring the business maximises sales and profit opportunities
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Delivery of sales budget, product margin, new customers and all supporting initiatives to support the business strategy.
2.Training and development of all team members on skills and company competencies. Build PDP's for development people
3.Communication of results and objectives via regular team meetings, coaching and field visits.
4.Motivating team and conducting recruitment, performance management and disciplinary interviews as appropriate.
5.Complete management reports and necessary.
Skills
University graduates or above, major in marketing /Electronic/Electrical
MBA holder is ideal.
3 Years of relevant working experience as Sales /Marketing Manager
People Management
Selling & Negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
Training & development experience
Planned and well organised
Achievement orientation with strong drive
Broad based business experience.
Team Player.
Strong influencing/networking skills
