Job Description:
-Responsible for leading to development of transmission and system attributes
-Responsible for developing software and calibration development methodologies, tools, processes, and techniques
-Responsible for software and calibration integration tasks
-Responsible to contribute of technical competence within GETRAG through teaching, technical support, and research activities
-Develop vision and strategy for the department
-Develop and implement a plan for building up resources (people, tools, processes, methodologies) and competences
-Support all company processes according to L3 Manager responsibilities (e.g. PA, CD, project offering, etc.)
-Teach, coach and guide engineers
-Represent the company to customers and the public as required
-Support all company activities as required and defined by CM
Skills and Knowledge required:
1.Education: university degree (master or bachelor) in engineering
2.Job experience:At least seven years experience as a software engineer
3.Manager skills:
- organise and distribute work
- lead, guide, and coach people
- develop and provide resources
4. Leader skills:
- strategic thinking
- ability to motivate and convince people
- good communication skills
- good people/interpersonal skills
5.Detailed knowledge of all software and calibration methodologies and processes
6.Detailed knowledge of all software and calibration integration tasks
7.Good overview of technical developments and trends in the market
8.Ability to technically guide engineers
9.trong ability to build and enhance software and calibration specific knowledge inside GETRAG
10.Drive for innovation and invention
