职位描述：

Job Title：China Training Manager

Department：Sales Department

Reporting to：China Sales Operation Director

Subordinates: No, individual contributor

Location：Shanghai

Objective

Guarantee the appropriate level of training to all the commercial positions in China in order to support business plan

Main Responsibilities

1. Set up training system fitting for business development in China;

2. Maintain effective internal communication with sales and knowing well the sales training requirments of dealer;

3. Conduct quarterly training review base on business monitor result;

4. Develop annual training plan for general skills, knowledge, languages, and areas for imporovemnt base on the result of training needs analysis and revise when needed;

5. Organize several training projects for company and staff development;

6. Design training project, develop courseware, deliver training and assess training result.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree or above;

2. At least 5 years training experience in retail industry, 2 years’ experience as training manager would be a plus;

3. Strong implementation capability;

4. Knowing well of the sales needs, good team player;

5. Result orientated;

6. Good communication skill, strong spoken and written English.

7. Be able to travel frequently;
