职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Lead the design, manufacture and coordinate the procurement of dimensional & fixtures for tooling validation
2. Develop and track new project tooling plan, including selecting vendor, tooling RFQ and cost down; tooling design review, tooling debugging and tooling vendor performance evaluation
3. Molding process / machine stability verification and release
4. Mold process documentation definition and update
5. Identify potential new tooling concepts and processes
6. To resolve tool issues during sampling and mass production
7. Lead cross functional team to solve problem on site
8. Providing improvement programs and measures to save cost
9. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, strong technical practical and theoretical background in molding process
2. At least 5 years work experience in tooling design or similar position in auto industry;
3. Skilled in mold design and molding process;
4. Excellent root cause analysis skill
5. Be familiar with UG and AutoCAD software, MS office (good computer skills)
6. Excellent command of the English language
7. Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability
