Bechlor degree or above. Technical background，preferably experience with both Mechanical and Electronic material;
工作经历/Working Experience:
1. 2-3年以上sourcing方面的工作经验
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in sourcing field;
知识技能/Knowledge/Skill:
1. 团队合作能力；
Relationship and team- builder;
2. 具有一定的报关财务知识,如交货方式，付款方式等；
Have basic Custom and Finance knowlege, such as for incoterm, payment term etc;
3. 对KAM有一定的认识；
Experience in Key account management;
4. 良好的中英文书写及口语能力；
Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
5. 良好的分析,组织及表达能力 ；
Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skill;
6. 积极工作, 能在限定的时间内达成工作目标，能承受工作压力；
Self-motivated, able to work independent and under pressure, to achieve the requested timing and quality of assigned tasks;
7. 良好的沟通，谈判，影响力及解决问题的能力；
Good communication, negotiation, influencing and problem -solving skills in either internal or external;

主要职责/MAIN TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 了解电子制造行业
Knowledge in Electronics Manufacture industries (EMS)
2. 供应商管理: 作为原材料/供应商管理的牵头人，对供应商进行分类,谈判和管理Epoch现有供应商,发展新供应商 ,了解供应商的强项,背景，通过合适的工具度量供应商的表现，确保供应商提供好的价格,品质,交期等支持服务.
Supply management: As the leader of Commodity/Supplier management, identification, negotiation and management with existing and developing Epoch suppliers. know about suppliers strenght, background for the managed commodities. Monitors suppliers performance using appropriate metrics and tools to make sure suppliers provide good support in price,quality,delivery etc. to Epoch.
3. 价格: 理解价格组成影响因素, 发展,谈判推动成本的降低, 满足客户BOM表报价的时间性要求及价格目标.
Cost: Understand costing concepts, structure etc., development, negotiation and execution of cost strategy. Meet customer BOM quotation timeline and target price.
4. 交期: 询价阶段供应商选择应考虑供应商交期及产能情况是否满足生产需求
Considering delivery and capacity to meet production demand during quoting stage;
5. 风险管理:根据采购数据分析评估技术和商业风险, 可能的情况下,对风险料或供应商要有安全库存计划或备用供应商方案等措施
Risk Mitigation: evaluation of technical and business risks using data based analysis and developing safety stock or alternatives etc if possible for risk items or suppliers;
6. 项目管理能力: 对自己的工作任务具有项目及人员管理能力，同时支持项目组以达成项目目标，
Program Management: the ability to manage all of the tasks and personnel resources. Supporting to program team in achieving business case target.
7. 预防与解决问题:有效的解决与商品，供应商相关的问题，以满足客户需求
Problem prevent and solving: have ability to prevent problem happen and problem solving in efficient way.
8. 系统维护: 维护系统如供应商,价格, 最小订单量, 最小包装,交期等
System maintenance: supplier, price, MOQ, SPQ, Leadtime maintenance etc
9. 完成上级领导交代的其他任务。
Complete the other tasks assigned by superior.
