Skills and Requirements:
* Proficient user of SAP system(it will be in priority) ;
* Min.1 year experience from similar job. work experience from Mech. manufacturing company/Applicance is strong advantage;
* Able to talk English freely by phone and email;
* Able to deal with foreign customer directly;
* Able to follow up and push delivery, production, customers;
* Demonstrated ability to work with multiple tasks &
* Willingness to continue learning new things;
* Friendly, cheerful telephone manner with a strong sense of customer satisfaction;
* Must be organized, able to multi-task and work independently once trained;
* Have a sense of urgency;
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
