职位描述：
1. Uconnect Customer Experience Manager
Objective of Job :Be the company’s expert in assigned Uconnect connected product category, driven from user experience to extend related work scope.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be the company’s expert in Via Mobile product category act as customer experience product manager
2. Own and maintain up to date knowledge in all respective markets (P & L (if have), forecast, competition, customer, emerging trends)
3. Communicate and educate cross-functional teams (translate customer’s wants and technical solutions)
4. Create relationship to be the key contact for cross-functional teams internally and externally (finance/purchasing & suppliers/partners), Manage assigned connected product objectives (product enhancement/change/emerge or quit) with team
5. Customer experience - logic and flow initiate opportunity with team and coordination between supplier/Partner and Market
6. Work closely with Program manager for the latest project status
7. Work closely with innovation team for new technology road map
8. Work closely with market and vehicle planning team for product feature road map
9. Work closely with implementation and marketing team for product user experience
10. Watching APAC one countries market request, jump into details through appropriate opportunity
11. Manage the product life cycle with internal team and external team, define, sequence and communicate product roadmap with team

Qualifications:
1. A strong heart with patience
2. Excellent effective communication skill
3. Self-motivated, ability to work with cross-functional team (domestic and overseas) in both business and technical discussion
4. Accepts change, can make a change
5. Team oriented work practices
6. Good learning skill
7. BS or MS in telematics and Radio related scope, including but not limited to Electrical/electronic, Software, product manager
8. Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry
9. Competitive OEM or Famous Tier one supplier telematics/connectivity work experience is a plus
10. Product Manager experience is a plus
